Positive then negative pregnancy test.?

Alright, please no negative responses to this. I am 18 and my girlfriend is 17. We had sex three times over the course of two nights and USED A CONDOM every time. I checked the condom after each session and it did not break and the outside was clean. My girlfriend has had skip months for her period before. She missed her period this month. She took a cheap pregnancy test and it came up positive, then took a 50 dollar one about 20 minutes later and it came up negative. Do you think she is pregnant? What is the best course of action, thank you.
