positive test....so is this implantaion bleeding? HELP?

so I asked a quest. yesterday. and I took a test yesterday. it was a very faint positive and my breasts have been extremely sore, i'm testing again tomorrow. But early thismorning i woke up to go pee and there was some light bright pink bood on the toilet paper. i'm really worried, it's seems to have not come back so could this be implantation bleeding, i did cramp last night like my period was starting
