positive pregnancy test, now bleeding!?

Last period june 6th. Normal. this month suppose to start my period last monday, july 6th. two days later had bleeding, kind of spotting but enough to change my pad. Then it stopped. Took two pregnancy tests a couple days later both faint positives. Yesterday, monday, began having period cramps they hurt but just like normal and i started bleeding. So Scared! Then last night i started getting really really bad cramps they didnt hurt as bad as my last miscarriage but it was close. Then i started bleeding a lot, and lots of clots, not the size they were last time a little smaller but lots of clots. This morning i woke up sat on the toilet and it just poured out. Dripping (sorry so much detail) and still getting some tiny clots but not like yesterday. But it feels like a normal period but much more blood. So i don't know. I'm going to the doctor after i stop bleeding because they said if it is a miscarriage they can't do anything about it now, just wait. So i'm very scared, i don't even know if i was pregnant for sure but what are the chances of being a week late and getting 2 positives? I am a tiny girl, only 17, not bone skinny i have meat but i only weigh about 106, it ranges from 104-110 all the time. I thought there was something wrong with me but its just my genes. you should see how short my dad is lol. But anyways so anybody had this and baby was okay? or i had a miscarriage or some of you think it was just a late period and false positives? I have no idea. This is my last resort before i go to the doctor. I am so scared, i can't believe i could have lost another baby. i know i'm young my mom told me it's probably because my body is too young. Please help
