Positive and Negative Pregnancy test results?

Hi, I had sex with my bf earlier in the month and the condom broke. Before I got my period I felt really nauseous. I had my period and it was pretty normal but after that the nausea came back. I've been nauseous ever since. I went to the doctor today and I took two pregnancy tests. The first one was positive and the second was negative.

Can I be pregnant? Please help!!

or go buy tests..and see the results of those.
