cook your rice in a separate pan first , then use a pork tenderloin cut it into slices or chunks depending on your taste, add a bit of oil into a pan and cook the meat , remove the meat and place it into a bowl , add the rice into the pan , a bit of diced celery, 2 chopped green onions, a bit more oil if you don't have enough in the pan and gently mix it all together add a bit of Light soy sauce and the Pork cook for another 5 minutes and serve.
