if the pimple is ready to be popped: has a fully developed yellow/white pus head, than the best way to pop it is:
1. wash your hanRAB
2. place toilet paper over your both pointer fingers and squeeze untill it comes out
3. however do not squeeze too hard because you dont want to make a unnecessary scar around the pimiple area
4. also make sure all the pus/pimple comes out, how? by making sure at the end of the pus what comes out is blood/ white-yellowish water like substance comes out but it should be mostly bloody.
5. than whipe the pimple with something that will disinfect the open wound like for ex. perfume, anything that will disinfection
6. finally I usually apply some Maderma(or any other scar management product) to the wound so that it heals faster and nicer.
