Pop ups after malware doctor?!?

Okayy so i got the malware doctor virus
and i quickly unisntalled it,
and now tho
even after that
i keep gettin popups from internet explorer,
like it opens to random websites
even when im not using internet and im just on msn...

how do i block this?!
help please:(
