does unemployment increase? I'm asking this question because every time the weekly new jobless claim number is published, a bunch of questions appear on this site claiming that this somehow proves Obama's plans are not working.
So what's the answer? 350,000 new jobless claims means how many more unemployed people and how much of an increase in the unemployment rate?
