Ok, so I can't think of the song but it is a pop style song that was big over the summer / around summertime 2010. I can think of the music video and the band is dressed up and on the stage singing at some sort of an old fashioned masquerade ball. The people dancing are all dressed up as well. I want to say there is a little boy in a top hat... but I don't guarantee that.
