Very interesting, thank you!

Did they mention any details about the tier system? Apart for forcing a higher
tier as you did, I would suspect/hope the system would be capable of such tier
changes depending on usage. I've noticed that when I use the BB continuously
things are smooth, whereas on occasional use I do get lower signal levels or
the occassional disconnect (of my BB-as-modem connection).

i agree with mark....

If you get wifi i wouldn't think that it would help you in your situation because you would need full bar or at least 2 bars to control the wifi. i have the mobile @home service and when i didn't have any bars my wifi went out on me so it connected to edge. after an hour later it connected back to wifi, after i called and complained. some one mentioned about getting a signal booster maybe they are right see if that would help you in the long run. or maybe for better connnection you can call and complain to tmobile about getting no bars and they will help you with it. they will do a reboot to your bb and then you should get full bar sometimes the internet needs to be refreshed i know i had some problems with that.

i just hope that helps. if not please refer to tmobile open 24/7, there to help in any situation they can. good luck.

Ok I finally got an answer to my SOS situation. I called in a service request for a Tech to go out to the area where I'm getting no reception. Come to find out, new sites are being put up in that area so the reception will be sparatic. They told me a time frame up to 120 days to get back full reception. Now I'm at ease to know what's going on. From the beginning of this week, I have been receiving reception back at work I'm so happy. I only get like 2 bars, but atleast I'm getting.
