Pontiac Montana SV6 tail lights on an 97-05 Montana?

After much looking over, the new Pontiac Montana SV6 and all of it's fellow same model minivan friends like the Chevy Uplander and all them, they have a very similar rear body style. I own an older body style Montana and was wondering if the newer style Montana tail lights would fit on the older models? They look much better and use less bulbs. Thank you!
