Pontiac Montana engine swap labor cost?

How much labor (what is the average time to do this) would it be to swap out the stock 3.4L and then how much extra time would it be to swap transmissions at the same time?
 
time depends on the experience level of the person doing the work(pro vs weekend warrior). Cost a box or two of beer to a couple grand. The engine & trans would likely be removed easiest as a unit from the bottom
