everyone involved in sports please tell me what i need to fix in my cheerleading captain speech.
Heey guys, I think I would be a choice as captain because I have a lot of the qualities that make up a good leader. I have been cheering competitively with KC CHEER for 2 years and counting. Im really dedicated to cheerleading even though im fairly new to the sport. Im very organized im constantly making lists, or perfecting whatever I can and I think that quality would be helpful to you and the coaches. Communicating is a really important quality that a captain needs; I would listen to all ideas and cristism and would treat everyone 100% equally. This season I would really like all of us grow not only as a team, but as friends too and hopefully that will make drama not occur too often this season! There’s a lot of really amazing talent in each of you and this team has ATON of potential! I know that there are a lot of responsibilities that come with being cheer captain but Im confident that I wouldn’t let you guys down. Im very prepared to handle all the responsibilities that come my way if im chosen as captain!
