Damn! That's a hard one. I'm a fan of both but if I really had to pick I think I'd pick Southpark only because the way they joke. It seems to be a bit more funnier and crude.

You cant really compare the two. It´s different humor imo. I prefer South Park. The humor is far more insulting, therefore funnier.
