I'd be pressed to find a true journalist anywhere, anymore. With this fast-paced technology, today will be forgotten tomorrow. I think all sides on all stations are for the moment. Nothing more. Sorry, I didn't answer the question. I watch all I can on all stations. Confessed junkie.
 
I'm independent and I'm not too big on Fox News. I mostly get news from the internet.

I think the reason that it is popular is that conservatives feel alienated from most of the news, which does have a slightly liberal "be tolerant of others" sort of twist to it, so they wholesomely embrace the media that specializes and caters towards their interests. In general, I don't think this is always a great idea for whatever ideology, as it takes you from a reasoned person to that of constantly confirming your biases by repeatedly emphasizing stories and ideas that seem to prove your ideas rather than point out any of the contradictions or problems with them.

Faux news is anti-American. Big mouth Hannity says that waterboarding is not torture and he will volunteer for charity. Keith Olberman, from MSNBC, the only real news source, will pay $1000 for every second he lasts. They will double it if he admits it's torture. Where is Hannity though? He's no where to be found!
 
If I turn on Fox News there are usually professionals of both sides speaking politely to eachother in debate.

If I turn on CNN and/or MSNBC there are people with no legitimate backgrounds talking about old news screaming at the top of their lungs like 5 year olds.
