actually, telling her that you had a dream about her, would be more appropriate than telling her the fantasies you have about her while you're sitting at the desk next to her
 
Depends on her personality and her age.
If she's a dreamer then yeah you could tell her that.Or something like :"I dreamed of you before i even met you".
But if she is a realist,just ask her out to coffee and ask her why she is so beautiful.
Better hope she is not shy.
Sometimes i find it hard to believe that i'm shy when i read my answers.lol
 
No it won't be weird..ask her out. I kinda like this guy at my work and I think he likes me but I've brushed him off and so he's probably lost interest if he did like me. Anyway, I WISH he would ask me out. Every girl is flattered by being asked out...even if there aren't interested. What do you have to lose? Ask her out for coffee, a drink, or dinner, or just to hang out. Good luck! Don't be scared..you only live once and you miss every shot you don't take. Don't let this be one of those shots you wish you had taken.
 
Oh, no!!! Plan on how u are going to approach her first. By telling her you dreamt of her would be too intimidating. She might think of you as a sicko!
Try to be extra nice to her. Smile a lot. She will get the message. Then you can start having long conversations. If she is interestedm you'll know and vice versa.
