Poll: Is your dryer running?

I REALLY need help. I'm shrinking some clothes and I need to know what the hottest setting on my dryer is:
delicates-no heat
cotton-regular heat
or wrinkle free-medium heat

It's so confusing! The wrinkle free one has more dry and less dry and the cotton one has optimum dry. Please help me....

Why shouldn't I be operating a dryer? I have been for like 4 years...
 
Whites and Darks (seperate them when loading of course) - Easy Care More dry, Fabric care - Easy Care Medium Heat

Bed Sheets, Towels, and Dresses (seperate them when loading of course) - Cottons More Dry, Cottons Regular Heat

Pants - Easy Care More Dry, Delicates Low Heat

Some clothes you hang them to dry if it says on the tag. That means there's no need to put them on the dryer.
