My black friend saw this Indian(India) music video where an Indian lady in a blonde wig is dancing and that black kid said that her dances movies are offensive to black people. Are these dance movies racist?

Fast forward to 1:16 of the video and watch upto 1:31 and you will see an Indian lady in a blonde wig dancing.

How is that dance move racist?

I don't dance at all, so whatever stereotypical "black" dance she's doing absolutely doesn't affect me at all. I feel nothing about it.
