Around my house we call it RAD.
Random Acts of Dancing.
For my husband it usually consists of some sort of head banging and for my it's the robot.

I've only sing out randomly... but NEVER dance AND sing together...
 
Yes,I do all the time..=)

Its most fun to break off into song & dance in public,inside a store,singing along to the music the store is playing...my Nieces,who are 10, always cringe when I do that!=)
