Told a girl she's like one of the guys?

Once when I was at my friends house he had all his guy friends there and we were all playing video games and playing around.When I got up to leave they all looked at me and I had said "I'm gonna go home,you guys are probably bored with a girl hanging around" At the same time they all said "No,stay!" And I asked why...they told me cause I'm like one of the guys.
Should I take that ina good way?Or not?
I'm not a girly-girl.I'm more tomboy.
But I'm also tougher than any girls (read my 'about me') And they are like brothers to me.Some of them do like me they have admitted it.

it's a complement, it just means they like having you around, so woman would overreact and take it as a bad way though

It means you're personality is more masculine than most girls. Not that you're a lesbian but you have guy-oriented interests, like video games.

It's kinda a compliment, except that they mean you're a good "friend" but maybe not more.
