Poll: Girl Help, Please Help..?

Theres this girl in my class who approached me like a week ago at a party and I never saw her there and she came up and told me she's in my class and sits in the back with me. and we introduced ourselves but i was on my way out and then in class we barely talked because seats are always taken around her, but then one class we did sit next to eachother and i tried talking to her like 4-5 times and she gave me like one word answers and never like started a conversation. I didnt like sit next to her in the past week and then one class she saw me reading and I guess asked me who I was reading and she said she loved that author and we talked for like 2-3 minutes but then stopped and didnt talk really to eachother. Then today i said hi to her when I sat down and I asked the guy next to me if he watched Dexter and she was on the other side like 2 seats away and said "I do!" and we sorta talked then. But she like never spoke during class and after class I had to approach her and we talked for a bit. Whats the deal?
