yes it does. the other day, I went out early and came back late(??) (9:30pm) something I do pretty much every other day and my dad started yelling at me telling me you never know what can happen out there b/c the other day some dude shot 7 people in a gym, something he saw IN THE NEWS. it does make ppl go crazy.
