For the most part, yes, but Pixar has made some of the best movies of this decade PERIOD (The Incredibles, Wall-E, Up, Ratatouille , Finding Nemo) so, it is clear that the medium can be great when not being used for commercial drivel like G-Force or Ice Age 3.
