Poll: Do girls get self conscious?

If a guy wants to give you a foot massage and you know that your feet smell do you let him or do you get embarrassed? I've given foot massages to girls who wear closed high heels and their feet smell but it doesn't bother me. I was wondering if any girls get self conscious.
 
They should b/c that's nasty and you're nasty for doing it.
