I'm trying to locate any books related to use of polite version of English language + old fashioned politeness (i.e "I'm sorry to bother you but, I just wanted to ask you if I could use one of those pens?"... "Alas! It's all in vain!"... "Upon my honour, no!" etc.. any tips would be highly appreciated.
