police fitness test, should he wear a suit for arrival?

Boyfriend hs got through application stage and interview. This is the last part i beleive. All he wants to know is what to wear there? do you turn up in excersize stuff, or should he wear a suit and get changed into trainers etc once there? He has been told by a friend to just wear his tracksuit there. Please if anyone who has done it before can advise? Thank you
