Ok...I'm totally stuck.
I beat the Team Rocket gang at the Radio Station place in Goldenrod City.
I got the Silver Wing.
I beat all of the gyms, except the Dragon One.
I battled the Shiny Gyarados and rescued the Electrodes.
But...that one guy that sells those candy bar things is still there and he won't leave! HELP!
