Pokemon Pearl is this weird?

So i was breeding a Lucario with a Ditto,then a riolu came,and when i checked his moveset,he came with EARTHQUAKE!!!!!!!
Is that normal?
A riolu coming with earthquake????

I would just wanna know if thats normal?
