POKEMON EXPLORES OF TIME....?

I have been trying to use the wonder mail codes that i find online for pokemon explorers of TIME. (spent all morning looking and entering codes) I have made sure to have room to except jobs and i have beaten the game. and i know i'm typing the codes right. i looked at my wonder mail codes and notice that their is 5 letters/symbols and a space. The codes from online have four 4 letters/symbols and a space. I would like any help you can give. thank you
