Ok, I've read many guides that just say to find the gym leader outside of the contest hall. I've talked to every single person outside in the town, along with everybody inside the contest hall, and still the man in the gym says that the gym leader isn't there. Yes, I beat Wake already, and I can't seem to find a guide to help me out.
