Last year we reviewed the initial release of Pointui, since then they've released a whole new version with even more finger-friendly eye candy. Pointui uses large menu buttons to make finger swipe navigation simple. The application is skinnable and there is a development community cranking out applets. Pontui is available as both a freeware and enhanced version. The freeware version was more than adequate in our testing, but if you're craving more features the $19.95 enhanced version includes added customizations and extended support for phone features like the GSensor in HTC devices and GPS support.
