Also, i find your suggestion that everyone with a mental problem be locked in a padded cell and isolated from modern society to be very offensive.
I suffer from mental disorders myself, so i can relate.

I used to work in production and I worked a Prince gig at the AAC in Dallas. I was assigned to work with his dressing room and wardrobe coordinator. He's pretty adamant about how his dressing room is set up. Lots of tapestries and decorative lights. He also has to have a big bowl of werther's originals in his room. I got to hit a chord on his syrabol thingy guitar !
