Hey guys any ideas on this poem?

Poetry: An Ode

Part I

I cannot write poetry
I don’t care to look at a fly and think
(italics)Oh! Your wings brush magically through the air
What am I fly, but thee without wings?(italics)
I swat the thing with the flyswatter
sometimes the swat, swat, splat has a poetic beat

Part II

I listen to modern poets drown about
Being crushed flowers picked before their
Hearts had time to bloom.
(italics)Here I am a single red rose
In a vase in the store.
Won’t somebody see my beauty? (italics)

Part III

What should a poet write about?
I can’t find “The Road Not Taken” in poetry
We are just “Stopping by the Woods on a Snowy Evening”
in “Euganean Hills”, and we’ll see “The Raven” and he’d say
“Do not go gentle into that dear night…”
But where does this lead us to but
“Where the Sidewalk Ends”?

Part IV

Sometimes life has no deep meaning
No one will study this poem and say
In the first stanza I believe she used the fly
to represent herself feeling tiny and unwanted.
This theme continued into the third stanza
Where she then envisioned herself as an unwanted rose.
