Poetry - is inspired impromptu poetry better than constructed and formed poetry?

Your thoughts, preferably poetic responses. Do you write blindly without proof reading your own text and read thoughts as alien to you as the blind rage inciting you to write. Is it then the writer becomes also the reader of its own dispossession, kindly illumine me on this curious philosophical pyramid of many paths in defining a truth, a pattern of thought, a path and journey?
PPP - a pyramid, a circulating ascending path to the pinnacle of the absolute truth. Myriad is a melange, a matrix like many constantly moving without reaching any goal, point or specified purpose.
 
A poet should write blindly, and then find the pattern, and then elaborate. Poetry is about expression and growth. If you do not plan to grow yourself from what you write, you cannot expect others to grow from it.

i have writtin just as much c**p by freehand writting from my mind as i have great stuff
but that said

evne the greatest constructed writing can be rubbish if your not putting your heart and soul into it and are instead trying to create it constructed

i often feel that its another person inside me who writes, as they just write, and write, and i cant udnerstand how,im not thinking about it
and then, when i TRY to write, i just, cant
