poetry help asap!!!!! 10 points.?

the assignment is to write a poem that includes the words :
fallen
"failure to plan is a plan to fail"
crossroads
yellow
breathe

If you can please write me a poem i would really appreciate it:)
preferably at least more than 5 lines
 
We plan not to be the fallen, but we do with spite;
But as we grow older, we rise to our challenges;
We see failure to plan, is a plan to fail;
But others see it, as a plan to provoke.

So those who do, come to the crossroads;
With yellow-blue paths, at their sides;
To breathe their first scent, of freedom to choose;
That freedom is, to finish school.
 
While I don't support free ghostwriting, this is irresistible.

Remember the creek with the rushes that grew
All over that heartbreaking ridge?
The crossroads we crossed and that big yellow finch
Who scolded us over the bridge?
That bridge now lies fallen.
I must breathe it all in.
The mayor's broad fingers, they wag.
"A failure to plan is a plan to fail."
Now nothing is spanning that crag
And nothing connecting one side to its brother.
Our childhood and manhood lay rent.
The plans for the future we pledged on the hill,
Have faded like summer's sweet scent.
Jump the gorge!
Ford the stream!
Oh, but, somehow recover the track.
When Eden we left, ah, t'was not long ago.
No one told us we couldn't come back.

i forgot to do my poem
