Poetry contest for money?

I need to know the name of some kind of contest I can submit my brother's poetry into for money, he was recently put in jail, and he wants to get out, and he wants to change...I was hoping this could help. Please, any help would be appreciated.
 
If he's in jail, I doubt your chances of getting him out with award money from a poetry contest will help. I know of poetry.com but they are schemers, you'd have to google poetry contests.
