Poem I wrote...opinions?

Honest opinion about my poem. and where do i have to go to get noticed?

If you feeling all alone, just know somebody here with you.
An angel is on your shoulders and here to walk you Through.
thru the pain, thru the night.
thru the battles,thru the fights.
thru the darkness, cuz hes only here to show you light.
and im only here to carry you throughout the pain.
if you, doubtin life, just make sure you call my name.
and ill be right there, as fast as i can.
even if i cant, ill tell you when.
when i can carry your pain on my back.
Life is hard, but you must put on a tough act.
If you are willing to beat an obstacle.
put your all into it, must try your hardest, eventhough;
Words may drag you, hurt you, eat you on the inside
At the end, only one thing that matters....is your Pride

i think its pretty good but i didnt really like the abbreviatons like 'cuz' and all that and i think you could submitt it into a magazine or journal or newspaper and see if it gets published but i really dont know?
