Poem ! i need help ! specifically if your a poetry writer?

ok so i have to write a poem using 20 action verbs about volleyball, and i cant think of any. there has to be similes and metaphors in it . and the poem has to be 20 lines long !

im very bad at poetry and its not my thing .
all i need is a line or something so i can start off.
and its free verse .

poems do not always have to rhyme. Poems can be written with meters.
However, since you prefer free verse, I would brainstorm any word that associates with volleyball. There is no particular way to write poetry. I all depends on the Poet's choice. If volleyball, means something special to you, use positive word choice. Give the words a positive connotation. If you are not one to like volleyball, use word choice to show your dislike to it and give it a negative connotation. Also, try having a central message to it. Think of all ways to describe volleyball. In that way, It will give you an idea as to what to write about. Then you can add other words to give it a lyrical flow. Another tip, not only brain storm words to describe volleyball, but brainstorm words that associate with it. This will help you think of metaphors and similes. In other words, write down words that can remind you of volleyball. Does that help?
 
i love writing poetry, but i wont write it for you, i dont like plagurism! but i will help you out... i dont know volley ball but i would try something like...

That feeling you get when you first spike that ball,
and hitting it over before that ball falls.
