Poem about Ireland.. what do you think?

I'm fifteen and like poetry.. this poem is about when I went to Ireland back in Easter.. I am part Irish myself but have always lived in England and ignored my Irish heritage.. but after going to this hill called Diamond Hill it made such as an impact on me

The peak of Diamond Hill,
Is still present in my mind,
Vividly arisen,
One of a kind.

Oh Diamond Hill,
When I climbed your ageing rocks,
That led me to the top,
Of a natural, willing paradise,
A large and mighty outcrop.

You were my guide,
A companion,
As I experienced the land you watch upon,
And until I reached your summit,
I was unaware of the beauty where I came from.

For Ireland is your eternal view,
A growing sight,
It’s forever new.
How lucky you are, oh Diamond Hill,
To open your eyes to Ireland,
A some how soothing thrill.
