Jacob, You need to do a "search" here on answers before posting a quetion. Since Pocket bike legality issues come up daily and the answer is always the same-they are useless driveway toys for 10 year olds. They are not legal to ride anywhere else but your own property. You can not ride them on sidewalks, you cant ride them in your developments streets, and you can't even take them off road because, as Max Cruise states in Calif. it is illegal and besides they are not built to handle it.
I'll tell ya what, If you have $500 to spend throw it my way. Then in a couple of years when you turn 16 I will deduct your 500 off the cost of a good used bike. Fair enough?
