pocket mirror/chapura

I'm out of town on a trip, and suddenly after a couple days of syncing my T3 with my laptop, it just stopped working. the laptop does not indicate there is any connectivity with palm, and the palm says it cannot connect. I looked around a little, and I see no hint of pocket mirror or chapura being among my programs, like it completely dissappeared. Any thoughts? Can I got to chapura and download the software I need, or is there something else I can do?
 
I'm not sure I understand what's happening. The T3 comes with the Palm Outlook conduits, not Pocket Mirror. If you didn't install Pocket Mirror after you got your T3 then you wouldn't see it on your computer. If you did install Pocket Mirror, it would be in the C:\Program Files\Chapura\PocketMirror and C:\Program Files\Palm\Chapura\PocketMirror folders. There's no way that it would simply disappear.

It sounds like you have bigger problems if your laptop won't even recognize your T3. Is the hotsync icon showing in the system tray? If so, double click and go to View Log. Copy and paste a copy of the log file in a post here so we can see if that gives an indication of what might be causing your problem.
