Pocket Bike Wont Start..... Help!!!!?

i need to know what parts i should buy before spring so I can get it up and running.
last year my pocket bike shut down all of a sudden after pulling the throttle to hard. after that it would not start after how many times i pulled the cord. then when i turned the choke on, i pulled the cord and pulled the throttle at the same time and it started, but was slower. and after i let go of the throttle, it quit on me once again.
I really would like to know what the problem is and how i can fix it
 
Check compression. Sounds like you may have 'squeeked' her.
If comp is ok pop the pipe off anyway and look into the exhaust port at the head. Look for signs of siezure ie metal transfer/scratches on the skirt/siezed rings at the exhaust side.
After you do this re ask question and we will tell you what you must do next!
