PMB is not detecting photos I want to import!?

So I have a sony cyber shot camera and nothing is wrong with it, I haven't dropped it or anything. It is working perfectly fine. And so with the camera came the pmb software to upload my photos etc to my computer. Well I recently had to redownload the PMB to my computer. The download went fine and it said it was complete and ready for use or whatever. I hooked in the usb cord to my computer tower. Plugged it into my camera. My computer reconginized it. And soooooo the problem!= I brought up PMB, clicked import media files and it is saying it is not detecting media/photo files. But when I check on my camera all the files are still there. I have no idea what the deal is because before I have never had this problem!


Pleasssssse someone help!!!
 
I'm sorry to see there are no response - especially after all this time. I have the same problem, only mine's with video files from a Sony Handycam HDR-CX110. PMB doesn't read that I have any video at all on my camera/card, but I can view them from the camera. :(
