PLZZ HELPP me with my cell phone?

I bought this memory card about a week ago and i been trying to get it to work but its keeps saying "card not ready" and I need to take pictures tomorrow at a birthday party and I have no more room left on my phone.... I when I go to click on memory card to view the options it says the same this so how do I format a memory card for an LG VU cu915???
