A weather machine.

A laboratory

There's this gadget in it.



The professor gets kidnapped , the girl operates the weather machine that seems to be blowing wind or steam of some sorts to prevent it from happening.

Its a famous song, but i for the life cannot find the lyrics, the only thing i know that it has this

That's all i know but i for the life of God cannot find it back, plz help sung by Female Singer.
