Usually I do this:
1. connect the phone using usb cable
2. install drivers from cable
3. connect UFS box
4. select phone in quallcomm
5. use this code *#0002*28346# to enter test mode
6. go to menu commom, select USB qualcomm
7. put a SIM card that the phone doesn't accept and insert 3 times any codes until it appears PHONE FREEZE
8. then connect the phone and in the sarasoft click on QCDI info
9. wait around 5 to 10 minutes until the software gives you 3 codes
10. use the first code to unfreeze the phone and the third code to unlock it
11. the second code is the master code to remove any security code
