plz help for my nokia 6103

i have a nokia 6103 brought from usa.. now i stay in india... it seems that my t mobile has been restricted. its askin for restriction codes. i also tried putting the unlockin codes . it didnt work .it says not allowed.

go to the nearest cell phone shop to unlock your 6103.. need box to unlock your phone..
