DM3 Service is now your only solution as MFI does not allow direct unlock on these models, only DM3 service can unlock and reset counter on new models.

The above solution is the only solution to unlock any phone with counter blocked (0 attempts) that exists at this time, until new MFI is cracked or Furious Gold, Cyclone or other team offering Blackberry tool update to support this feature.
