PLZ ANSWER. is a KICKER Zx1500.1 amp to MUCH POWER?

will the KICKER Zx1500.1 amp be to much power for 2 12" solo barics. there are 2 subs. 1200 watts each (600 rms each.) i will run it parallel to make it be a 2 ohm load
