plugs 06 c90

I just changed to some Iridium plugs. The new Iridium plugs from Gman were perfectly gapped and just had to be installed. Whether it was that or the cleaned air filter, I don't know, but the minor popping on deceleration has disappeared. Do yourself a favor before you start and buy a ratcheting 8-mm wrench. You need to remove the covers on top of the plugs and the rear cylinder (left side) is the hardest to get. If you use the wrench in the tool kit you could easily round off the bolt. A thin-wall ratching wrench with a few degrees of offset angle is just what you need to make this go easily. The spark plug wrench in the OEM tool kit is just the ticket for removing the plugs. While you're at it you might want to get some anti-seize compound for the plug threads and electrolytic grease for the plug hoods.

My old plugs had 18,725 miles and still looked great.
